Founded by a PhD engineer, educator, and mom who figured it out with a wiped laptop and a lot of early mornings. Noros exists because the best guide is someone who has walked the exact path you're on.
Noros Solutions was created by a PhD mechanical engineer, AP Computer Science teacher, certified doula, and mom of two based in New Jersey. A decade of teaching at the university and high school level. Real tools built and deployed for real people. An LLC started between early morning sessions before the rest of the house woke up.
The throughline across everything — teaching, engineering, AI, education, consulting — is this: the most powerful guide is someone who has walked the exact path you're on. Not someone who studied it. Someone who lived it.
